Unroasted, Organic Green Coffee Beans from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua.

Jinotega is situated in the north of Nicaragua, in the center of the Isabelia mountain chain, and is about 168 km from Managua (the capital of Nicaragua). This is one of the most highly situated regions in Nicaragua. The climate is subtropical, humid, often cloudy and the landscape is perfect for growing coffee of the highest quality.

For these reasons, Jinotega is known the “capital of coffee in Nicaragua”.   This coffee is Organic certified.

Jinotega coffee generally exhibits a medium, smooth body and a medium acidity.
